2004 Invest Miljų A/S acquires ROULUNDS TECH A/S and its subsidiaries.
2003 A/S ROULUNDS FABRIKER is restructured into three new legal entities;
ROULUNDS RUBBER A/S, ROULUNDS TECH A/S and CODAN GUMMI A/S.
2003 Sale of the ROULUNDS BRAKING Group completed.
1999 Hanchang Chemical Ltd., Korea was acquired and renamed ROULUNDS KOREA Ltd.
1998 Take over of Codan Gummi A/S, a major Danish manufacturer of hose systems, moulded products and rubber profiles.
1996 SHANGHAI SHENLIAN ROULUNDS RUBBER BELT COMPANY Ltd. in China was established as a joint venture.
1993 TIC S.p.A. in Italy was acquired.

HILTON ROULUNDS Ltd. was established in India as a joint venture. Today the company name has changed to ROULUNDS CODAN (INDIA) Ltd.
1984 Poly-V belts were introduced in order to complete the automotive belt drive programme.

1961 A/S ROULUNDS FABRIKER became a member of the A. P. MOLLER GROUP.
